Venue Hire

St Mary’s parish hall is behind the parish house on the left hand side of the church (as you face the church entrance) and is available for hire on a regular or casual basis.

The hall is a large room with a chipboard floor and a large modern kitchen. There are 100 chairs and twelve oblong tables available for use.

The large size of the hall makes it ideal for dance or fitness classes.  Also suitable for hobby classes, funeral/wedding functions, etc.

The kitchen has a double oven, four plate hob, microwave, two large pie warmers, one constant hot water urn, and one wall mounted water boiling unit, and a dish steriliser   An assortment of cutlery and serving plates, wine and ordinary glasses, cups and two large tea pots.

Toilet facilities are at the end of the hall.

The hall has disability access and a disability toilet.

There is limited free parking in the church grounds.

The charge for rental is $30 per hour and a $200 Bond is required at the time of booking.  This Bond is refundable provided the condition and cleaning requirements have been adhered to.  Please fill out the Enquiry form below, stating what you wish to use the Hall for, date you wish to book for and approx number of people, or phone the Parish Office 09 480 7357 or Email: info@northcotecatholic.org.nz
